Code Club and Robotics

At Code Club, students choose their own digital technologies projects to work on. They will have the option to use our Lego Mindstorms robots and, new to this term, our ClassVR headsets. Bear in mind we have a limited amount of equipment available so students may not get their first choice. Students are also free to work in a programming language or piece of software of their own choosing, such as Scratch, Python, Minecraft Education Code Builder, CoSpaces, or GDevelop. Due to the wide range of subjects to choose from, students’ learning is more self-directed than in our other courses, and our tutors are there to help solve problems rather than follow a curriculum.
